Submit button: "You are not authorized to access this page" error

Register to a challenge and then click on submit.

You get the following error

@lakshmiathreya @dushyantb , this happens occasionally and sometimes works on refreshing the page. This is not just for new registrants. Also happens even when you have already submitted for the challenge.
