Blank Page when Trying to Submit

Describe the bug
When members are trying to submit on Design Challenges they are seeing a blank page as per attached document.

To Reproduce
The bug was reported for this challenge (checkpoint phase) https://www.topcoder.com/challenges/30120209 but I was told it happens to other challenges as well for other members.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Press on Submit button.
2. The Submit page will show a blank page then

Expected behavior
The Submit page should show the option for a member to upload his file.

• OS: Mac OS Catalina, version 10.15.2
• Browser: Google Chrome, Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional context
The member said "main issue is that the submit page refreshes by itself even if I drag and drop files for upload or use any cloud option. The page itself disappears to a blank screen."

Hope we can solve this soon as it's affecting several members and it creates a bad experience on the site.

@Dara-K, we need to be able to reproduce this bug in order to fix it. The best is if a member faces the issues, they should record their screen

Hi, @Dara-K yes, it's better to include the console in the recording as well if the console's showing errors.

I see the other error report. Not sure how it's affecting the challenge though. Hope it can be fixed.

Hello Friends,

I have attached drive link below where you can see the exact problem that I am facing.
There are two videos.

1. Submit page blank screen.mov- As discussed earlier the blank screen appears again and again and self refreshes every time after2-3 seconds on its own.
2. Challenge page refreshes by itself, not able to view my challenges. It shows up for 2-3 seconds and self refreshes.
