Steps to reach above screenshot:

1. Go to dev environment at https://www.topcoder-dev.com/challenges/30055701/my-submissions
2. login with topcoder TonyJ/appirio123
3. kindly change the challenge id if submission phase is over for above challenge. e.g https://www.topcoder-dev.com/challenges//my-submissions
4. You can see list of submission made so far with delete button.
5. Click on delete button and popup appears, code for popup and button will be pointed out in code link below.
6. Clicking "delete submission" triggers smp action in topcoder-react-lib, code link for this too will be pasted below
