[$10] Links do not contain underline and have the wrong active color

Description
Using the General Theme for Content Blocks in Contentful, if links are created using Markdown, an underline should appear underneath when published

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/community/accessibility-testing
2. Scroll down and notice that the links within the text do not contain underlines
3. See error

Expected behavior
Text links in Content Blocks with the General Theme should contain underlines. The hex colors of the links should be as followed:

not-visited (blue): #0D61BF
visited (purple): #8231A9
