Some challenges are not shown when revisiting the Challenge Listing page from Challenge details page

1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/challenges
2. Observe the counts displayed in the right panel
3. Click on any challenge and then click back (Use the Back button present in the UI)
4. Check the count in the right panel

Actual:
Right panel count got reduced. Also on clicking the sections "On going Challenges" or "Open for registration", it shows only less number of challenges than expected.

Expected:
All matching challenges should be displayed in all the scenarios.
