1. Go to the web accessibility evaluation tool page http://wave.webaim.org
2. Type 'https://www.topcoder.com/challenges' in textbox to check.
3. Observe the footer section.

Expected Result
Every list must be ordered form that present a group of related, parallel items. Users of many assistive technologies can navigate by and within lists.
