Steps to Reproduce

1. Use chorme and JASW
2. open https://www.topcoder.com/challenges.
3. In this page Design Development Data Science Filters those four is button but didn't be read as a button.

Expected Result
Screen reader should read out those button too.

Actual Result
Just read the content, didn't be mention as a button.
