[$70] SSF - Order of the displayed results are altered after an additional set of results are loaded

1. Go to https://beta-community-app.topcoder.com/challenges and click on "Ongoing Challenges" from the right panel
2. Sort by "Prize high to low" and observe that the prize of the challenge displayed at the top is $3800
3. Then scroll a little down. After a new set of results are loaded at the bottom, scroll up and check that the prize of the challenge displayed at the top is $21000

Expected:
The order of the already displayed results should not be altered after an additional set of challenges are loaded.
