SSF - Sometimes, results are loaded in multiple updates [Minor]

1. Go to https://beta-community-app.topcoder.com/challenges
2. Click on "My challenges" at the right panel
3. Check the results loading

Actual:

1. First set of results are loaded with still loading animation at the end.
   2.Then another set of results are loaded with loading animation at the end.
   3.Then loading animation stopped.
