Hover on Logo is displaying inappropriate details.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the test URL and log in
2. Click on Work
3. Hover on Topcode Logo

Expected behavior
No text should be displayed on Hovering Topcoder logo
