Add direct link to the scorecard into F2F Iterative Review email notification

This is not a direct issue in Community App, but when I sent it to support@topcoder.com, they asked me to log it here.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I run several F2F challenges, and a new member submitted.
I've reviewed his submission which has several issues and provided detailed issues descriptions.
Very soon the member submitted again with small random fixes not connected with my review.

I've contacted the member via email and provided him with some guidance on how to find the review scorecards where issues listed. It appeared that he did see them.

I guess for new members it's hard to find out that they suppose to click the submission score in the Online Review which looks like "0.0".

Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe we can include in the notification email which is sent to members the direct link to the scorecard with some direct notes that they should check it out.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Something to guide new members when they get an email about the end of interative review phase in F2F challenge.

This is how the email looks now. There is the only link to challenge in Online Review:

On this page it could be hard to understand what we should pay attention to.

Even if we can see a tab with our submission, it's not obvious that we have to click the scroce value link to get details:

@nithyaasworld the email screenshot you've shared would be better, but still doesn't fix the main issue.

1. As per my experience submitters doesn't get the email you've shared above. This email is sent to copilots and observers where Cockpit link leads to the challenge page in Direct instead of OnlineReview.
   submitters get emails like this:

   

   1. If you've recently changed email for submitters to the same as for copilots and observers where do links Cockpit lead to in the emails for submitters?

2. If we send email as you shared above and Cockpit link leads to the challenge in OnlineReview. When a new member clicks such link he would most likely end-up on page like this:

   

   • This page doesn't have any guidance on where to click next.
   • After review end, the current Iterative Review phase is finished and the next Iterative Review phase is opened. So submitter doesn't see his submission when he comes to this page. See on the screen above. He should click on particular Iterative Review tab to see his submission. It could be the previous tab, or it could be another tab (if after reviewing the work of one submitter, the reviewer already did a review for another submission).

3. If submitter managed to find the tab with his submission it would look like this:

   

   • this view also does not have hints for the submitter to find out that there are some review details apart from the review score 0.0.

4. If the submitter decides to check where the score 0.0 which looks like a like leads to, and he clicks it he would see the next page:

   

   • the review details are hidden
   • to see the review, the submitter has to expand Response

Proposed solution

There are several steps submitter should perform at the moment to see the review details, and all these steps don't have a guidance. To reduce the path and provide guidence we could include a direct link to the review scorecard with a guidance like this:

• in this way the submitter would understand that by that link he would find the review details
• after he clicks that link he would see a review which is still hidden and he would have to click to expand Response, but as we gave the guidence that by this link he would find the review details, there is a big chance, than submitter would find out that it should be expanded.

Recently one member participated in my F2F. This member is an active Topcoder participant but it appeared that he didn't know how to get feedback about F2F challenges. I'd like to attach the conversation I had with the member to highlight what is confusing in the current UI and workflow of getting feedback for F2F challenges.

So there are several obstacles on the way for a submitter to get the feedback:

1. It's not clear what is going on from the email which participants get. Did somebody win? Did the member lose? What to do next?
2. Even if the member clicks the link to the challenge in OnlineReview he appears on the page where it is lot of things and no guides on where to click, what to do next and if there is anything valuable for the member.
3. Even if the member clicks his tab with his submission there is just final score 0.0 is shown. But it's not clear that clicking 0.0 will lead to the feedback. A new member may not know that any feedback is provided so maybe even wouldn't look for it.
