Description
Describe the bug
If we check the forms, most of the textboxes has their hint text as all uppercase words. According to Jacob Nielsen, one should use uppercase wording sparingly or not at all as a formatting style. "All uppercase words are not as easy to read as mixed case words, and they can make the page look busy and loud."
