Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Application and Login as a valid user
2. Go to Settings > Profile > Skills
3. Add ADO.NET as a Skill
4. Remove ADO.NEt and check the validation message

• Wrong remove message displayed

• Must display the correct info message
