[$40] Textbox labels are not aligned properly

Describe the bug
Textbox labels are aligned in a not uniform fashion... sometimes to the bottom, sometimes to the middle of the textbox.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://www.topcoder-dev.com/settings/profile'
2. Scroll down to ZIP and Country as there the problem is more prominenet.
3. See error

Expected behavior
Textbox labels should be aligned in the same was throughout the UI.

@ThomasKranitsas I recently had to format my laptop, and I tried setting up this app again, I have been getting this error Unauthorized when I try to open any link.
I am logged in on both accounts.topcoder-dev.com and local.topcoder.com.
Any ideas. I'm using mac OS mojave. thanks.
