[$50] Error displayed when user quickly deletes items from the list

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Application and Login as a valid user [Portrait]
2. Go to Settings > Tools > Subscriptions/Devices/Software/Service providers
3. Add 10 items to the list
4. Now delete one by one by pressing on the Delete button quickly
5. Observe

Actual Result(s)

• Error displayed when user quickly deletes items from the list
• Sometimes you can see the deleted items also re-appearing again

Expected Result(s)

• Must not display an error

There is some lag when deleting an entry... The happens when you delete an entry, then the view wrongly renders the same entry while it was removed in the db and then you try to remove it again.
