Release containing all changes required till Connect 2.4.8

Team activity cards are hidden

Now team activity cards are hidden appirio-tech/connect-app#1566

Patched for new project types added to the system

Patched the code to handle missing color mappings for any new project types.
Added all project types that exists today in the system.

Bringing back draft projects

Enabled again coder bot messages for draft status
Updated copies to reflect the change.

Disabled project creation notification

This release contains notification changes for supporting the 1.2.0 release of connect-app. It now does not send codebot message for project creation in draft mode. It also has codebot message updated for in_review state to accommodate the fact that we are not sending the message for project creation now.
