Error when scheduling interviews with new users

Steps

• Created the new user 'taasintake900'(pw - appirio123)
• Log into Teams and created a new team
• Created a new job and applied to the job from gigs app from user taasintake 810
• From taasintake900 user tried to schedule the interview but getting the below error and cannot schedule interviews

(This only happens for new user)
