[$15] Some UI issues in Manage availability pop up

Steps

• Select 'Schedule interview' action from CANDIDATES TO REVIEW page for a candidate
• Click Add availability
• Check the times in start time and end time drop downs

all times look like disabled and the drop downs go above the address bar

this dropdown is native browser dropdown, so browser decides how to display it, we cannot control and it's native behaviour, so I suggest not treat it as an issue

Hmm @sdgun. Doesn't happen to me even with user who doesn't have settings.

If you happen to reproduce it for any other user, could you please don't create interview using that user and share the credentials with me, so I could try it.

I can only reproduce it in FireFox using user taasintake12/Appirio123. Please, don't schedule interview with this user, so we can reproduce this issue, just open the window but don't schedule.
