The title entered by the user in JD page is not displayed in the next page

Steps
Go to JD page
Enter a job description
Enter a job title
Click search and continue to the next page

Expected: If the user has entered a title, it should be displayed on the next page instead of the text "WHAT HAPPENS NEXT"

Actual: "WHAT HAPPENS NEXT" is always displayed irrespective of the title entered by the user

I think it's intentionally overridden by the static title when updating labels.

@nikolay83 I took the description of No matching profile as an example, this behavior(replacing role name with user entered title) should be there even if a matching role is found in JD flow(I didn't find any requirement change to this behavior). This fix is only adding the title when there is no matching profile.

@mbaghel @nikolay83 When a title is entered while there is a matching role to the entered skills, the position added does not show the title in the position list.
