No validation errors when card number, expiry date and CVC are not entered or deleted. Pay button is enabled #454

Steps
Go till checkout page
Enter all the data and except card number, expiry date and CVC
Pay button is enabled, when click it only the validation errors appear
Also when a card number is less than 16 digits, we should display the below message. But in the implementation no message is displayed for half entered card number
