The team data set up section at the bottom of the "we have matching profiles page" disappears when the Team details pop up is closed #397

Steps
- go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/taas/createnewteam
- Click on select button in the role box
- Select a role
- Click search
- Click continue
- Click continue from ADD ANOTHER POSITION pop up
- Close TEAM DETAILS pop up
The team data set up section at the bottom of the we have matching profiles page is not there now
