Number of Team Members is updating only after a refresh

Steps
Go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/taas/myteams/createnewteam
Click select button in the 'SELECT A ROLE' box
Select a role
Click Search
Click Submit
Click Add another role and add a different role >> Search >> submit
Click submit
Check the I agree... option
Click Confirm
Check the 'Number of Team Members' on the new team on Teams page

Current behavior
The submitTeamRequest request is sending all positions but the 'Number of Team Members' only shows one position, but they will be displayed after the page is refreshed

The developer believes this is caused by the same syncing issue as #318 and #348.
I see that a fix has already been made to delay redirecting to the teams list page by 2 seconds. Do you want to delay this redirection further?

After payment completes, the 'OPEN POSITIONS' on Teams page doesn't show all added positions until the page is refreshed
