Steps
Go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/taas/myteams/createnewteam
Click select button in the 'SELECT A ROLE' box
Click Description link of a role which has some description and skills
Click the tabs Job description and skills

Current behavior
The Job description pop up size changes when switch between Job description and skills tabs

Expected behavior
The Job description pop up size should not change when switching between Job description and skills tabs
