JOB Status Updates from edit screen

We must not allow all job status edits from the UI. For example, user should not be able to update the status of a job as in-review from assigned.

Status updates to sourcing, in-review and assigned must be automatic. Only closed and cancelled status updates must be manual.

I guess it's mostly a question to @wdprice if we would like to have such a restriction. In general to keep us flexible we could have as few restrictions as possible and only add restrictions when otherwise there is a risk of things go wrong.
