Job's Assigned status is not getting changed if the assigned resource is removed.

Description:

Job's Assigned status is not getting changed for below scenarios.

For instance If there is 1 open position and its assigned. Then

1. Increase Job's open position in Edit Job page.
2. Change assigned RB status to Sourcing/in-review/Closed/Cancelled.

In both above cases, 'Assigned' status of Job is not getting changed.

@maxceem This is valid scenario since we allow editing of jobs and any fields can be changed. My suggestion is always check any status change jobid.num of position = count(jobid.resourcebooking=assigned) if true jobid.assigned else maintain as-it is
however, i would confirm - Business wise, after the job position is filled and status changed is assigned if business case allows position to be increased or extended then this is valid case @wdprice - pls confirm
