Mobile: UI issues

Description:

1. Not able to view the calendar completely.

2. Not able to view the whole pop up from the Total Paid column.Same issue inside the Resource details popup.

3. The colour of the 'Process Payment' text inside the button is not clearly visible.

4. The '$' symbol inside the toaster message for payment in progress is misplaced.
