[UI] Submenu visual issues on mobile

On tablet/mobile screen sizes, when sidebar moves to the top of the page, there are few visual issues:

• The app name ('TaaS') and the arrow on the right should be vertically centered.

When we open this menu, the submenu is opened with some gap. There should not be such a gap:
