Old Data Persists in Database After Form Submission

1. Navigate to https://join.topcoder.com/book-a-demo
2. Go to the "form" section.
3. Fill out the form with valid data.
4. Submit the form.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 multiple times, entering new data each time.

Actual Result:

Old data remains in the database even after each form submission. Despite entering new data and submitting the form multiple times, the old data persists.

Expected Behaviour:

Form submissions should clear existing data, allowing for a blank slate to enter new information.
