UX / Usability Bug: Selecting Gig Work App V1.5 Release on Topcoder Resources enlarges text to two lines

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/
2. Navigate to the top bar and select Resources
3. In the Resources submenu select Resources & Updates
4. Scroll down the page or select a link on the left menu
5. Hover over Gig Work App V1.5 Release

Actual Result:

• Text enlarges to two lines
• The user can move to the correct section while clicking blank area of link

Expected Result:
Text enlarges upon selection and stays on the same line (same as other links).

I can't reproduce the issue. Can you please attach a video by using any screen recorder? A short video (30 seconds or less) is good. Audio is not necessary.
