UI Bug: Overlapping text on image in eBooks & White Papers Page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to (https://www.topcoder.com/)
2. Go to the top bar and select Resources
3. In the Resources submenu select eBooks & White Papers
4. Scroll down a third of the page to 'WHY CROWDSOURCING DEVELOPMENT IS A WIN FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES'

Actual Result

• Text is overlapped on image
• Top of images are not aligned
• A blank space is present

Expected Result:

• There should be no overlap
• The top of the images should be aligned
• There should be no white space
