UX issue- The home logo in the hire freelancers page does not direct the user to home page, instead it takes to an empty page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/
2. Click on how it works link
3. Click on hire freelancers.
4. A dialog box appears with seconds count down.
   5)Leave the seconds to complete and you will be directed to the page to create teams: https://platform.topcoder.com/taas/createnewteam
5. IN tht page, click on the home logo
6. When clicking on the home logo, the user is not directed to home page, instead it is directed to an empty page with the info about the tools.

Actual Result:

Expected Result:
The user should be routed to the home page on clicking home logo.
