UI issue- On clicking how it works, the footer gets loaded first before the page load

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/
2. Click on how it works near the home logo.
3. ON clicking it, the footer of the page gets loaded prior to the original page information.

Actual Result:

Expected result:
Expecting the page load sequence to give priority to the page info first.
