Functional/UX : Navigation Issue (HyperLink)

Steps to Reproduce :

• Go to https://www.topcoder.com/
• Move to the bottom of the Page
• Click on Jobs
• Scroll Down to See the Room to Grow Option
• Click on Wipro

Actual Result :
Text Wipro is incorporated with a link. If User Clicks on Wipro it is leading to the top of the Screen.

Expected Result :
As Wipro is a hyperlink. If User Clicks on Wipro it should navigate user to Wipro Website.
