Functional : Profile Image is not showing on the Homescreen

Steps to Reproduce :

• Go to https://www.topcoder.com/
• Login with your Valid details
• Go to My Profile and Change/Upload your Profile Image
• Come Back to Homepage of the Top Coder Website(Business)
• View the Right Corner of the Website Where Your ADID is mentioned

Actual Result :
Profile Image is not showing even if User has uploaded his/her Profile Image

Expected Result :
If User has Uploaded their Profile Image then it should show the Profile Picture of the User
