User info card overlapping

steps to reproduce: < go to https://www.topcoder.com click on a user's avatar any user, then go to the dashboard, use mobile device in this case, rotate the device to landscape, then scroll down to the footer >

Actual result: < The card container, where the user image and little info is, is overlapping, on top the footer container in landscape of mobile view>

Expected result: < it should not overflow into footer>

Just an info that its not necessary to provide a detailed solution in the 'expected result' section. You can just write the expected result as an end user. In this case, you can simply say 'It should not overflow into footer'
