Overlapping of user search bar with profile view #251

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to https://www.topcoder.com/challenges.
2. Click on the down arrow below the search button for "Find members by username or skill" .
3. Then click on Profile.
Actual:
UI of user profile appear below search bar . Please see screenshot below.
Expected:
UI of search bar should disappear when user profile is clicked
