Payment menu item

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to https://www.topcoder.com/my-dashboard
Select Payment menu item.

Actual:
View pending has different font color.

Expected:
No Payments Found. so no need to select the menu item.View pending color should be same as other links

Device/OS/Browser Information:
Windows 10 Chrome Latest

@BDhara Its of the different color to indicate the user that User has currently applied 'View Pending" filter
