STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Go to http://community.topcoder.com/PactsMemberServlet?module=PaymentHistory&full_list=false
2.you can see the footer which contains the sitemap, about us, contact us and other options so these should be at the bottom of web page.
ACTUAL RESULT
footer part of the page is in the middle of page
EXPECTED RESULT
the middle part of this page containing sitemap , about us options should be at the down of web page
