Popup didn't disappear automatically on Gigs page - UX / Usability Bug

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open https://www.topcoder.com/gigs
2. The "Thanks for your patience, gigs are loading!" popup will appear
   Actual Result: The popup didn't disappear after the loading is completed
   Expected Result: the popup should disappear automatically after the loading is completed

I cannot reproduce following the steps provided. Can you attach a video please?

Also in your future bug reports, please make sure that the bug report format is good. Currently the titles "Actual Result" and "Expected Result" does not stand out from the steps-to-reproduce section.
