Functional Bug - Unable to save user traits

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login then open https://www.topcoder.com/settings/profile/
2. Try to put the Birth Date and Country.
3. Click the Save Changes button
   Actual Result: The user unable to save the changes then an error pop up appears.
   Expected Result: The user can save the traits successfully.

Can you please attach a bug video?
Its highly recommended to attach a video for functional bugs. In case the reviewer is not able to reproduce the bug, the reviewer may approve the bug if there is a bug video with proper steps to reproduce. Also while recording the video, keep the browser console opened, so the reviewer can see the errors/info that are present in the browser console when you are reproducing the bug.
