Some clean-up is necessary #1

Description
- Codebase includes some fonts and styles that, I believe, are not actually used in the payments tool;
- Some of the paths are just kept the same as in community-app, e.g.
src/shared/components/sandbox/payments/... Should be moved to a more obvious path now, once in the stand-alone codebase; - Some of the components should be moved to libraries (topcoder-react-ui-kit, and topcoder-react-utils).
Sure, all these point do not have effect on the actual performance.
