Error when calling getSoftwareContestByProjectId

Following error is thrown when getSoftwareContestByProjectId is called against ContestServiceFacade EJB.:

@ajefts @mtwomey Can you please review and merge the PR #538? We need to merge two more PRs (topcoder-archive/appirio_tech-temp-maven-repo#12 and https://github.com/appirio-tech/ap-challenge-microservice/pull/544 in order) for fixing the actual issue.
