Download All Button in Direct

The Download All button from Direct doesn't work to download all submissions, while it worked a few months ago. Right now on, one of my challenges, it downloaded only 15 submissions out of total 73 and they had some random long names.

I asked support to help with the download, but they said download all from Direct is not supported so the only solution was to download them individual from Online Review.

Would be great to have that button working again as it was 6 months ago.

I tested the Download All button in a few challenges these days and it works now perfect. Thank you so much!

I shared the news with our design copilots and they were very excited as well.

Hi team,

I am baack! It looks like the Download All button functionality has some bugs. I am managing this challenge: https://www.topcoder.com/direct/contest/submissions.action?projectId=30091975&formData.viewType=GRID&formData.roundType=FINAL and when I downloaded the submissions using the Download All button I noticed the following issues:

1. One submission was missing from archive when they were downloaded - 299880

2. There were a few submissions that I couldn't download as I was getting an error:
   299376
   299393
   299891
   299954
   299880
   299899

3. I emailed support about the issue above and they 'fixed' them so I could download all, but when I tried to open several, I got a damaged archive. The below ones are the ones damaged:
   299376
   299393
   299891
   299954
   (note: not sure if this is related to the Download All button or is an issue from designers)

Other copilots and one screener told me they have same issue with submissions lately (they can't download all and have to email support to fix them). Note: this can cause delays in showing the designs to the customers, especially when there's a meeting right after the challenge ends.

Can you check for any bugs in the implementation of the fix, please?
