Autoscroll is painful in editor

If there must be autoscroll for the editor, can there at least be an option to turn it off.

Can you tell more precisely? Is it means "while I'm typing, the editor's code shake"-like thing?

In the program editor, after I first scroll with the scroll bar, the mouse goes into a mode where it drags the text up and down without the mouse button pressed. The only way to work is to click in the text and do all further navigation with keys. I am using the latest Firefox (55.0.2 (32-bit)).
