Env: Mac 10.10.1 Safari 8 and chorme40

1. Go to arena.topcoder.com and login with valid credentials
2. Click on the Practice Problem icon and open any problem
3. Observe

Actual:
There is no Copy link as stated in the test case.

Expected:

There must be a copy link

There is no design for the position of copy link icon. Where we are supposed to put it ?

Thats right. There is no copy link for SRM problem page also
