Code Editor is not fully displayed in 'Practice Problems'

Steps

Go to : http://arena.topcoder.com/
Login via Valid User
In the 'Practice Problems'
Click 'ABCPath'

When the Problem displayed
Click Settings to change the default language
Check the button area

Expected Result

Must fix the Issue.

• Code Editor must fully displayed

Actual Result

Code Editor is not fully displayed in 'Practice Problems'

Environment

IE 11, Safari 5.1.7, Chrome 39.0.2171.95 m and FF 34.0.5 in Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Unfortunately, I don't really know what is considered a correct fix for this issue because:

• the dialog is fully displayed if you scroll the codding area;
• making it be displayed relative to the window will create all sorts of problems when resizing the window, the codding area;

IMO, it should work very similar to how the context menus work when you right-click the bottom of the screen, and by that, I mean that if it doesn't fit, you can make it appear upwards as shown on the image.

If the screen was even smaller in height, You should either 1) don't care, 2) make an horizontal layout, or 3) make it stretch the whole window a little bit so the user could scroll
