New image versions are not published anymore / broken workflows

There seems to be a problem in the Github workflows to publish the images, leading them to not be automatically updated anymore since January 30th (see https://github.com/thecodingmachine/docker-images-php/actions). The error message there is

This request has been automatically failed because it uses a deprecated version of `actions/upload-artifact: v3`. Learn more: https://github.blog/changelog/2024-04-16-deprecation-notice-v3-of-the-artifact-actions/

@mistraloz With PHP 8.4.5 and 8.3.19 coming out and being security releases, it would be quite important to be able to upgrade the PHP images again. According to https://github.com/actions/upload-artifact/blob/main/docs/MIGRATION.md upgrading the actions/upload-artifact to v4 should be fairly easy, it might just work to set the new version in the workflow.

@mistraloz Thanks for the change. There is still a problem with the tests for 8.4-apache arm64 only, leading to no new images being published.

Thx @iquito i restarting it and i placed a reccuring event each week to check (i cannot ensure to check each week but i will try).
PS: If you have any solution to speedup the pipeline with arm emulation, let's me know (even with paid solution, with reasonable fees). I tried with docker hub (with team subscription) but i did not manage to have a proper build including all steps yet (testing, multi stage, multi arch). I have also to announce the version 5 of images (few changes but probably better including for the pipelines).

@mistraloz So far it has been working in the last two months, thanks! Unfortunately I don't know much about arm/arm emulation and I have no servers/laptops with arm, so I don't know about the issues there. Looking forward to v5 of the image though!
