Semantic releases are failing

It seems like since merging #139, the semantic release configuration is broken, and any commit that would trigger an automatic release triggers an error instead. I'd appreciate help troubleshooting this as I haven't seen this issue on any other Testing Library repositories yet, and restarting the build doesn't seem to help either.

Fixed in #173 by borrowing the workflow config from React Testing Library
