Adding new section: Migrating from enzyme shallow rendering to explicit component mocks

Resolves: #134

Improving section Study Material adding new video from @kentcdodds called Migrating from enzyme shallow rendering to explicit component mocks

As discussed on #134 @kentcdodds suggests these alterations.

Just change Learning Material section on docs
