Grid Accessibility issues with the ANDI tool

Reported several issues related to Accessibility:

1. Area-hidden alerts for Filter icons in the header cells.
2. Keyboard access alerts.
3. Elements with no accessible name
4. Screen reader reported to not associate the data cell with the column name (rather associating the data cell with the order of the column )
5. The tab order is reported to be messed up in the header columns.

Steps to reproduce:

• Add the ANDI Accessibility Testing Tool
• Navigate to the following accessibility demo
• Choose the tables and focusable elements dropdown options within the ANDI Tool and observe the results:
